Video: Telegram Founder Pavel Durov Arrested in France

Sky News and other media outlets are reporting that Pavel Durov was arrested in France. He was arrested at the Bourget airport.
Pavel has a net worth of $11.5 billion according to a Forbes 2023 list. It is not clear exactly what the arrest charges are but the BBC says the warrant lists offences related to Telegram.
Some governments have complained that the encrypted private messaging app enables criminals. Telegram has been known for its coverage of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
