NMA Animates Google's Big Motorola Acquisition

The expert animators at Taiwanese Next Media Animation (NMA) have animated the Google Motorola deal. The animation attempts to explain the mega-merger that turns the Internet giant into a gadget manufacturer. The animation includes some of the most heavily discussed aspects of the merger: the importance of patents and concern Google's acquisition may alienate smartphone makers using Google's Android software.
