Fast Company has a an interesting new feature that looks at 101 people, ideas, and trends that will change how we work and live in 2005. Some of the new ideas and products coming in the future include smart clothes, mobile social networking software, and HD-DVD and Blu-Ray (a possible DVD replacement just when you have a good collection going). Some workplace ideas include vacation accrual transfer, customizable health plans, desk-friendly food and tiered work spaces so more employees can have window views.
The feature is worth a look if you want to see what could be just around the corner.
