Don-8r the Donator Robot

This is a cute little robot as well as a clever fundraising concept. Tim Pryde created the DON-8r (pronounced "donator") as his final year project for Product Design at the University of Dundee.
The Don-8r bot is pictured above and can be seen the video below out and about in Dundee raising money for Dundee Science Centre. The gracious bot even thanks those who donate. The cute robot is a clever way of collecting money.
Everyone seems to like him even the little kids who pat Don-8r on the head. Some people can be seen taking photos with the little robot. Take a look:
