Apple's iPad Designed for Entertainment

PC Magazine gives a good overview of the iPad in this video review. The iPad lets you surf the Internet in a similar manner to the iPhone, but with a much larger screen. The ability to browse the Internet on a decent size screen should make apps less necessary.
At the same time there will be plenty of apps developed just for the iPad. The iPad is designed for entertainment with special software for watching movies, reading ebooks and playing games. People want to be able to take the Internet with them. They want to view the Internet with a decent screen size but they don't want to be stuck sitting in front of a desktop.
One major drawback, is the iPad's intentional inability to read Flash. Apple wants people to buy movies, tv shows and games, not watch or play them free on the Internet. Take a look:
