Andy Jordan Discusses Zune's Z2K9 Issues

The recent Zune meltdown had many 30GB Zune owners in a panicked state. The problem had to do with the clock drive in the 30GB Zune. The glitch has passed but the news of the glitch probably won't do Microsoft any good in its battle against the Apple iPod. On the other hand people who don't own Zunes may be wondering what all the fuss is about and why people react so strongly when their Zunes don't work. The WSJ's Andy Jordan looks at the online reaction to people being without their precious Zunes.
